Here is the thing. I am an equal opportunity kind of guy. I give chances to everybody, regardless of race or sex. My thing is I have had numerous experiences with females in charge of AWF in the past, ranging from Shyan in 2003, to Careen McCallister in 2008, to present day Missy Scarlette. Each one of them have the same principle. They are too trusting when it comes to bringing in talent, and they make poor decisions when it comes to the overall brand. Shyan did it in 2003 when she made some rule changes that she thought would better the company, and people got injured, and she stepped down, and I took over. Careen did it in 2008 when she signed ABWA, and it ultimately led to AWF changing ownership again, and I took back the reigns. In 2011, the AWF was ran by a board of directors, and was ultimately put up for sale because they felt we were declining in our product, as to which I agree. Missy Scarlette is a past AWF talent from 2009. I applaud her for making sure AWF stayed alive when she bought it. Making me Head of Talent Relations was also a good move, as I know all about good talent and how to handle them. Her mistake was hiring James Houston, a person who I never would give a contract to because of his known violent record in the wrestling industry. The man is a walking FEMA case, and only brings chaos and destruction in his wake. That decision alone is the reason why I want Missy out, because i see that she is just like every other female that has come and gone that has tried to run AWF, and I don't want to have tragedy happen again.

First of all Chris Dickens, hiring James Huston was not a mistake and haven't you heard, people change! James was a great investment into the company and will help AWF get back to the point we need to be at. He had not injured anyone so far! You sir are part of the reason AWF was failing, you don't have the balls it takes to run this company the way it needs to be ran because you are to scared of taking chances.

REALLY?! You're gonna come onto a post that is specifically an interview directed at me, and say I don't have the balls it takes to run AWF, because I am scared of taking chances? Must we look at my track record, Missy? I have taken numerous chances through AWF's existence. Most of the fans do not know the things I have done to keep AWF relevant and successful. They will soon as all of it airs on AWF TV through numerous programs, which I must say, was a brainchild of mine to give the fan base a way to view our content without having to go through all the garbage out there. Point is, you are making a mockery of the principles AWF was built upon, and until you can understand exactly what those principles are and why they are there, you will never be able to fully be a true owner of this promotion. April, if you may, continue on with the next question, please. I'm so sorry for the interruption.

I actually like Adrian davis. I have seen him work many indy shows and I believe he brings a much needed change to AWF. However, if he gets in my way, he will have hell to pay.

Missy your wrong at James Huston. Have you ever heard the saying that a leopard doesn't change its spots. Remember you can own a pet boa constrictor and it may be docile most of the time but don't be surprised when tries to strangle you in your sleep or eat one of your children.

My job as talent relations is to make sure suitable talent is brought into AWF, and then make sure the talent understands the proper procedures and rules that are in place for everybody's safety and security. I also make sure the owner knows of any issues the talent may have and will attempt to rectify any issues if they arise.

how would you have handled the dead reckoning and gothnecks situation?

I was the one who handled it. The six man War Games match was my way of handling it. Did it work? I believe it did, but both teams are blood hungry, and won't stop until they destroy each other.

So how do you solve the problem between these two teams? Is there any way of actually bringing this fued to an end?
